This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Eastman Kodak Company, 1187 Ridge Road West, Rochester, NY for a Dry View 8900 Laser Imager and associated PACS and DICOM links for Satellite Outpatient Clinic located in Winston-Salem, NC. VISN 6 has standardized it's X-Ray film, printers, and processors with Kodak under a VISN-wide Blanket Purchase Agreement. The Government intends to negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated date of award is July 13, 2004.
