Procurement Office: The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) Response Due Date: August 9, 2019 by 10:00 AM (EST) NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS: The U.S. Department of Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) intends to award a sole source contract which supports the Enterprise Management Directorate, Infrastructure Management Office to RMR Group, LLC. This contract will establish contract support for remodeling a portion of the 4th floor in building 7301. The proposed procurement is for services/products for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this requirement is 238390. All responsible sources that feel they should be considered qualified to provide the abovementioned services/products may submit a response to this notice (by the response due date shown above) to contact@example.gov. The information provided shall include detailed (and relevant) documentation to allow the government to perform adequate market research and make a proper determination. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
