The space should yield a maximum of 31,108 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for 130 vehicles. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Contiguous space located on one floor is preferred. Building must include a loading dock or acceptable alternative. Freight elevator or passenger elevator used for freight is required if space is above or below ground level. Elevator must be equipped to handle heavy loads and large enough to accommodate a standard pallet (48" x 40") without breaking down pallet. Public transportation should be located within 6 blocks or 15 minutes. The space must be equipped to handle tractor trailer deliveries. The space may not be co-located with Federal Law Enforcement agencies.
