United States Government Seeks Sources for Lease of Office and Related Space in Washington, DC. REQUIREMENT: The Government seeks to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 57,805 contiguous rentable square feet, yeilding 50,265 contiguous ASNI/BOMA Office Area usable square feet of space, available for use by the Government. The offered space must be located on no more than three (3) contiguous floors. The offered floor(s) must have a minimum column spacing of 18 feet. The building must provide enough parking spaces to meet local code. The offered building must provide, s par of the shell rent, two (2) reserved parking spaces for Official Government Vehicles. The offered building must demonstrate the availability of 270 guest parking spaces located within on block of the building. The offered building must be located within 2,500 walkable linear feet from a metro station. LOCATION: The offered building must be located in Washington, DC, within the Central Employment Area. LEASE TERM: The proposed rental term shall be for five (5) years firm with an option to renew for five (5) years. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy February 1, 2009.
