Description of Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) currently occupies 9,500 rentable square feet (RSF) of clinic space located at 501 S. Willard St, Cottonwood, AZ 86326, under lease VA258 R 0475, supporting the Cottonwood Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The current lease expires October 6, 2026.
