Physical Address for hand carried quotes/proposals/bids: Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, 5555 East Crossroads Boulevard, Loveland CO, 80538. The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The principal components of work includes; Construction of 3.5 miles of 115-kV transmission line (operated at 34.5kV); and removing 1.8 miles of 115-kV transmission line (operated at 34.5-kV). Some poles to be removed may be partially submerged in East Allen Lake. All work shall be completed 120 calendar days after the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed.
