The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, under the Department of the Interior, is seeking industry input for the construction of a new 2,362-square-foot administration building at the Edenton National Fish Hatchery in North Carolina. Payment will be processed monthly using AIA G702/703 forms against an approved Schedule of Values, and any delay exceeding 21 days in information flow from contractor to agency will result in waiver of equitable adjustment rights.
