The Department of the Interior, through its DSC Contracting Services Division, is conducting market research for a pavement preservation project encompassing four national park sites in South Carolina: Congeree National Park, Cowpens National Battlefield, Kings Mountain National Military Park, and Ninety Six National Historic Site.
