This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about August 07, 2026. The solicitation will contain all necessary request for proposal (RFP) instructions. Contractors must be registered in SAM.GOV and must be verified in SBA's VETCERT at the time the offer is submitted and prior to award. If a contractor is not registered in SAM.GOV nor verified in SBA s VETCERT at the time of their offer then that contractor s request for proposal (RFP) will not be considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction , and the small business size standard is $45 Million. Per FAR 36.204, the disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to David.rovner@va.gov and cc: charee.harris@va.gov . Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a request for proposal (RFP) for a qualified SDVOSB construction contractor to Construct Modular Imaging Center in accordance with the SOW, drawings, and specifications located at 6505 S. Manthey Road, French Camp, CA 95231-9518. The duration of this project is approximately 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
