Per FDEP and city ordinance, all backflows must be tested on a yearly basis. Unfortunately, we don't have software to account for backflows. We anticipate going with Oracle for Utility Billing purposes. excel spreadsheet or work order with notes, must be turned into Utility Billing on a weekly basis.
