Third, eligible quotes are scored on proximity to the installation, room block guarantees, and amenities such as in-room kitchenettes and complimentary hot breakfast. Payment is handled via Government Purchase Card for calls under 25,000 dollars and through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) module for calls exceeding that amount, with consolidated monthly invoices due by the 10th of each month.
