Work for this contract consists of installing two concrete pads to accommodate the placement of the Clinic in a Can (CIAC) trailer and a future secondary trailer at 2640 E. Gibson Road, Woodland, CA 95776. Along with all associated site improvements: concrete construction, electrical system installation, water and sewer utility connections, power service hookups, and all related tasks necessary to prepare the site for current and future operational use. Sealed bids on the above project shall be filed with Yolo County General Services Department, Procurement Division, located at 120 West Main Street, Suite C., Woodland, CA 95695, before 2:00pm on Thursday August 20, 2026 A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 11:00am on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at the project site located at 2640 E.
