INSTRUCTIONS: (1) Download and read the 25RFP027 Request for Proposals document found in the Files (Public Files) and follow the instructions to complete and submit a response. (2) The Proposal Response Form and the combined Required Forms, found in the Files (Public Files), must be downloaded to complete/sign and then uploaded into Requested Documents. OVERVIEW: Austin ISD has an ongoing need district-wide for youth and family enrichment programming services. The District seeks to expand its list of awarded firms/vendors/contractors from which to obtain these services. To ensure compliance to Texas Law and District Purchasing Policy, it is required that all vendors who perform such services submit a response to this RFP and receive an award prior to providing such services to the District. Awarded vendors will be added to the list of acceptable providers for youth and family enrichment programming services. This list is made available district-wide to all AISD campuses and departments.
