YTC-27-008 - Janitorial Services for YTC West

York Technical College is soliciting bids under solicitation YTC-27-008 for comprehensive janitorial services at its West Campus facility located at 454 S Anderson Road in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The scope of work covers a total building area of 103,418 square feet, with 52,987 cleanable square feet. The selected contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies necessary to maintain the facility in a clean, sanitized, and safe condition.
