No Description: INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE ACQUISITION The Department of Treasury and its Bureaus intends to award a sole source purchase order to RockITek for brand name YubiEnterprise Subscription equipment and services to support issuance of Treasury and Bureau PIV-Compatible Webconnector Authentication Certificates. The authority permitting a sole source acquisition is FAR 6.302-1, - Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The period of performance for this requirement is date of award through one 12-month period and three 12-month option periods. The data provided by this vendor; RockITek, LLC, is the only OEM authorized Government reseller that meets the Government's urgent and compelling need for PIV-Compatible Webconnector Authentication Certificates in response to COVID-19. This product has features and capabilities not found in any other reseller and this vendor is the only source for acquiring this subscription. No solicitation package will be issued on Beta-SAM. This notice of intent to conduct a sole source procurement is not a request for quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received no later than May 5, 2020. Responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information: Company Name; Company DUNS No.; POC name and contact information; The specific product number(s) that fulfills the same function; and A description of the product(s) and its overall capabilities. It is your responsibility to demonstrate how your ability to provide YubiKey Subscription and capabilities is OEM allowed and equivalent. The Government will not seek additional information from your company if you fail to provide sufficient evidence or having a product capable of meeting the Government's needs.
