The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Mooweep LLC for emergency repair for the #305 Bamboo Wash Bridge for the BIA, Western Navajo Agency, Branch of Transportation, Tuba City, AZ, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
