Z--REPLACE HVAC SYSTEMS AND CONTROLS

The contract pertains to the replacement of HVAC systems and controls at multiple facilities under the National Park Service, specifically at the Chimborazo Visitor Center, Cold Harbor Visitor Center, Maintenance Building, Auto Shop Building, Garthright House, and 1910 Maintenance Way in Richmond, Virginia. The scope includes demolition of existing heat pumps, concrete pads, refrigerant piping, attic vents, wall AC units, and obsolete electrical components, followed by installation of new heat pumps, air handling units, energy recovery ventilators, unit heaters, ductwork, controls, and related electrical upgrades.
