Full Description
The National Park Service, Contracting Operations Central, Missouri Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for renovation and elevator installation in Pullman National Historic Park in Chicago, IL.
Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to build-out the second floor to enhance NPS ability to provide education and community outreach programs and support NPS with additional office space. The third floor shall be designed for storage and the potential for partner leasing. Other improvements include: Elevator installation within existing white box shaft to serve all 3 levels; expand HVAC to all 3 levels; restrooms for assembly, storage and business occupancies; Finishes including flooring, acoustical ceilings, painting, doors, audio visual systems, computer network wiring, lighting, electrical, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler modifications.
