The project requires demolition and abandonment of five existing septic tanks and associated components, followed by the installation of a new system designed to minimize disruption during transition. The new system must include a 4- to 6-inch diameter PVC or HDPE gravity sewer line, a 1.5- to 2-inch HDPE force main, a properly sized septic tank compliant with state and county regulations, a dual-pump lift station with stainless steel components, an integral wet well, and a safety hatch, and a drain field engineered to meet regulatory standards based on results from certified septic test pits. All labor, materials, and equipment must be furnished by the contractor, with work performed strictly at the specified site. The project falls under NAICS code 238910, with a small business size standard of $19 million, and only small businesses registered in SAM.gov with active UEI and CAGE codes are eligible to respond. Participation requires submission of a capability statement via email that includes entity identifiers and verified socioeconomic certifications such as WOSB, EDWOSB, HUBZone, SDVOSB, or ISBEE, if applicable.
