2. Place of Performance: Mihail Kogălniceanu Airbase (MKAB), Romania


3. This requierment will utilize RFO FAR Part 12 and result in the award of a firm-fixed-price contract on or around 20 MAY 2026.


4. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.


5. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for contract award.
