409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation for a non-personnel commercial service contract, Single Award, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), Requirements Type (IDT) contract for USAG Bavaria.
