The small business size standard is $45.0 million. II. Project Notes: This project will be solicited pursuant to the Veterans' First Program and Public Law 109-461 as a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). In accordance with Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 852.219-73 (d) (3), the SDVOSB Contractor is required to perform a minimum of (15%) of the construction work on the project. Solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, will be available electronically on or about June 8, 2026 with bid opening approximately 30 days later, at the following website: www.sam.gov. A one-time only site visit will be scheduled when the solicitation is posted. Interested Bidders are strongly encouraged to register at www.sam.gov to receive notification of actions including posting of the solicitation and any amendments. By registering to Watch This Opportunity , you will be notified by e-mail of any new amendments that have been issued and posted. Bidders are advised to re-visit www.sam.gov periodically to look for updates, as they are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to solicitation prior to the time for receipt of offers are prescribed by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.214-3, Amendments to Invitations for Bids. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at www.sam.gov. Paper copies of the amendment will NOT be individually mailed.
