Are the ceilings in Surgery hallway and the Surgery room where the cabinets are to be mounted on hard ceilings or accessible drop ceilings.
VA Response: Hard ceilings.
Are the ceilings in Endoscopy where the cabinets are to be mounted hard ceilings or accessible drop ceilings.

Does the chase have any access panels, or will it need to be opened through drywall?
VA Response: The chase will need to be opened through the drywall.
For the containment in surgery we are assuming that needs to be solid wall (Edge Guard type) walls and not simply plastic sheets, please confirm.
VA Response: Countermined. Please refer to the ICRA attached to this solicitation. Also, negative air is to be supplied, can this exhaust through Hepa filters to the hall? If direct exhaust of the filters is needed how can this be accomplished? VA Response: Negative air shall be exhausted to the exterior of the building, per Level IV control measures described the provided ICRA. Will the work in the surgical area be after hours? Also, the work in the scope room on the first floor, is that after hours?
VA Response: As per paragraph 1 General 1.2 of the SOW, All work shall be coordinated and scheduled through the VA COR in accordance with Division 1 of the VA Standard Specification found in the TIL. All work shall be conducted during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 0700-1700), excluding federal holidays, unless prior approval is obtained from the CO. However, some work will be approved for after hours to reduce interruptions in patient care.
