This project will replace concrete driveways, sidewalks, and patios of the parks six housing units in the watchman housing area. Demo of 7,815 square feet of existing concrete, that is unsafe because of tripping hazard, deferred maintenance of outdated and cracked sloped sidewalks. Excavate approximately 4 tons of soil surrounding units with no perimeter sidewalk. Replace 9,580 with new concrete and new driveways, patios, and sidewalks around the perimeter of each unit.
