Axel Doody

Axel Doody serves as a primary procurement contact, managing acquisitions and overseeing the contractual requirements necessary to support their agency's operational mission. Regarding set-aside preferences, the procurement patterns indicate a preference for full and open competition, with a significant portion of requirements designated as No Set-Aside. However, there is a consistent commitment to small business participation, as a quarter of the contracting activity is designated as Total Small Business Set-Asides. The technical focus of these acquisitions is centered on facility maintenance and environmental services. Primary areas of procurement expertise include other services to buildings and dwellings, remediation services, and solid waste collection.
