Contractor Logistics Support FY25-FY26 Extension

Raytheon Co. of Woburn, Massachusetts, has been awarded contract modification P00027, a non-competitive two-year extension of a sole-source indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This modification increases the contract ceiling from 1.7 billion dollars to 2.6 billion dollars and extends the ordering period from October 31, 2024, to October 31, 2026, bringing the total ordering period to nine years. The agreement utilizes a mix of cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and firm-fixed-price contract line items. Under this extension, Raytheon will provide continued operations and sustainment support for the Sea Based X-Band Radar and 13 Army Navy/Transportable Radar Surveillance and Control Model 2 Radar systems. Work will be conducted in Woburn, Massachusetts, and at various radar sites both within and outside the continental United States. The Missile Defense Agency is the contracting activity, with funding provided through fiscal year 2025 and 2026 Operations and Maintenance and Research, Development, Test and Evaluation funds.
