Faraday Room

The U.S. Secret Service, under the Department of Homeland Security, is issuing a non-competitive sole source award to Faraday Defense Corporation for the procurement of Faraday Rooms. This action aims to standardize equipment across 42 Cyber Fraud Task Forces, leveraging positive previous experiences with the vendor in the Orlando and Jacksonville offices. The selected systems utilize modular forensic hardwall enclosure construction to isolate radio frequencies for digital forensics, secure workstations, and other high-security applications. Faraday Defense Corporation was selected due to its competitive pricing compared to other vendors and its cost-effective maintenance and retesting plans required to meet industry standards every one to two years. The contract, identified by solicitation number 70US0926P70092921, is categorized under NAICS code 332322 and will be performed in Michigan.
