Shannon Anthony serves as a Contracting Officer, acting as a primary point of contact for the agency's procurement activities. In this role, they are responsible for managing the acquisition lifecycle and ensuring that procurement actions align with the agency's mission requirements. Regarding set-aside preferences, there is a significant commitment to small business participation.
