The Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued solicitation 31310020R0006 to secure technical assistance in support of reactor licensing through an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity contract. The performance period for this engagement runs from May 1, 2020, to April 30, 2025. The contract is structured to accommodate various payment models, including cost-reimbursement, time-and-materials, and labor-hour arrangements, with specific requirements for detailed cost proposals, spending plans for contracts exceeding 100,000 dollars, and the use of the Invoice Processing Platform for electronic billing. Contractors are subject to strict administrative and regulatory oversight, including the submission of Monthly Letter Status Reports detailing financial status, technical progress, and staff hours.
