ALARMCO, INC.

ALARMCO, INC. specializes in the design, integration, and monitoring of mission-critical fire alarm and security systems for federal facilities, with deep expertise in wireless radio infrastructure, analog-to-digital system transitions, and 24/7 centralized monitoring. The company delivers end-to-end solutions for fire alarm system replacements, POTS line modernization using AES wireless radios, and integrated monitoring networks spanning multiple jurisdictions. Their technical proficiency includes compliance with NFPA 72 standards, integration of smoke and fire door systems, and deployment of redundant communication pathways to ensure continuous operational integrity in high-risk environments. ALARMCO’s differentiation lies in its ability to execute complex, multi-site upgrades with minimal disruption, particularly in geographically dispersed federal properties where reliability and regulatory adherence are paramount. The contractor has established a consistent track record with the General Services Administration, providing comprehensive fire monitoring services across GSA-owned buildings in the Mountain and Northern Plains regions, as well as targeted wireless radio upgrades to replace legacy telephone line dependencies. They have also delivered critical fire safety upgrades for the Department of the Interior’s National Interagency Fire Center campus and performed comprehensive fire alarm and door system replacements for the Department of Labor’s Job Corps center, demonstrating adaptability across diverse federal mission spaces. ALARMCO’s primary focus is on NAICS 561621—security systems services excluding locksmiths—where they deliver integrated life safety systems tailored to federal building codes and emergency response requirements. Their secondary capability in NAICS 238210 reflects hands-on electrical wiring expertise for fire alarm system installations and retrofits, positioning them as a specialized contractor for facility-wide safety modernization. As a Women-Owned Small Business and Woman-Owned Business certified contractor based in Boise, Idaho, ALARMCO brings a nimble, mission-focused approach to federal infrastructure projects, leveraging its small business status to provide responsive, high-quality service in niche government markets requiring technical precision and regulatory compliance.
