Sealed bids for the Newton Park Tennis Complex Improvements - Phase 2 will be received by the City of Prattville in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067 until 9:00 A.M., CST, on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at said location.  The project is estimated to cost $985,000.00. The amount shown is only to provide general financial information to contractors and bonding companies concerning the project’s complexity and size. This amount should not be used in preparing a bid, nor will it have any bearing on the decision to award the contract. The work of constructing the project will be let under one contract.A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference for this Project is scheduled for 3:00 P.M. CST, on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at City Hall Council Chambers 101 West Main Street Prattville, AL 36067.The principal items of work are approximate as follows: 5 new tennis courts, site grading, storm sewer, grassing, and clean up.
