Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules, it is the intent of the New York City Police Department (“NYPD”), to enter into sole source negotiations with Mark Andy, Inc, located at PO Box 300, 1 Riverside Avenue, Somerset, Massachusetts 02726.NYPD has determined that Mark Andy Inc is the sole source vendor for Mark Andy Inc printing press equipment and mainteance services because Mark Andy Inc is the only authorized vendor that has necessary training certifications and authorized technicians to service the Presstek printing press equipments to make the necessary repairs, services and installations.Any vendor besides Mark Andy Inc that believes that it can provide the services is invited to do so.  Complete specifications are found in Passport.  To respond in PASSPort, please upload a Capability Statement in the Documents Submission Section of the Manage Responses tab.
