The upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP), expected to be issued in late 2025, will incorporate improvements based on feedback and lessons learned from the past five years of implementation. Stakeholders are encouraged to submit comments on the concept paper by April 21, 2025, via email, to help shape the future direction of the Partnership model. Organizations interested in responding to the RFP must have an active account and approved HHS Prequalification Application in PASSPort, the city’s procurement platform. The contract associated with this initiative is valued between five and fifteen million dollars, and the project aims to strengthen community engagement and social equity efforts across New York City.
