  • Office space shall be at or above grade with a minimum two accessible egresses.
  • If upper level space is considered, elevator service shall consist of a minimum of two accessible elevators serving the floor proposed for SSA, with both directly available to the reception area.  At least one must function during power outages.

Block B


  • Use will be public facing.
  • Block B may share its suite entrance with Block A.
  • A minimum of 6 public and/or commercial parking spaces for employees and visitors must be available onsite or within ¼ mile walking distance.
