This Negotiable Request for Proposals (“the NRFP”) issued by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to Non-Profit Proponents to prepare and submit Proposals for the provision of Youth Program Services as further described in Appendix 7 - Draft Sample Community Development Service Provider Agreement. The Youth Programming will be provided in Vancouver, BC. Build capacity, confidence, and leadership. Strengthen self and social awareness, healthy relationships, and civic engagement. Improve health & wellness through daily meals, physical activity, and practical life‑skills workshops.
