The County of Los Angeles Internal Services Department is soliciting bids for a three-year agreement for Zscaler software maintenance and support, effective from November 15, 2026, through November 14, 2029. The scope of work covers the Zscaler ZFlex Program, including a wide array of services such as ZIA for 72,000 users, ZPA for 5,000 users, ZS Light Users for 45,000 users, and Firewall Advanced for 102,000 users. Additional requirements include data protection for 5,300 users, deception advanced for 5,000 users, zero trust for workloads at 12,000 GB, and secure AI access for 5,300 users, all supported by Premium Support Advances Plus.
