Notice of Intent (NOI). The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Operations, Security, and Preparedness (OSP), Office of Security and Law Enforcement (OS&LE) intends to award a sole-source contract unrestricted to Axon Enterprise, Inc. for TASER 10 conducted energy weapons and associated equipment and services. The requirement includes TASER 10 bundles, cartridges, magazines, docking stations, training equipment, accessories, warranties, and associated Axon Evidence (Evidence.com) capabilities. VA currently utilizes the Axon Evidence.com digital evidence management environment. The TASER 10 equipment is required to integrate with this existing environment to support device diagnostics, electronic activity logging, evidence retention, chain-of-custody requirements, and VA law enforcement operational requirements. This notice is not a request for proposals. The procedures for awarding the contract will be price with anticipated award date of 9/30/2026.
