12--Cooperative Engagement Capability

While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for additional engineering and technical support services for the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) program. These additional tasks include increased support for the Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS) effort relative to the CEC waveform, development of a System Rack for the P3I Terminal, and continuing support for open architecture initiatives. The Navy will solicit Raytheon Company, Network Centric Systems (NCS), 1501 72nd Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33710 as the sole designer and manufacturer of this equipment and related computer programs. This synopsis is for informational purposes only, for the benefit of potential subcontractors. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the source identified herein.
