SCOPE OF WORK/PROJECT REQUIREMENTS: 1.1.1. PROJECT OVERVIEW: The State of Vermont Department of Buildings and General Services, in collaboration with the Department of Taxes, is renovating room 326 Renovation (3rd Floor), which will convert a former tax form scanning room into a training room that will accommodate up to 12 personnel. The scope includes the selective demolition of an interior partition wall, and decommissioning of redundant ceiling piping. Notably, historical plaster walls and cased openings will need to be restored after uncovering the exterior wall and windows that have been concealed. Upgrades feature the installation of an ADA-compliant automatic door opener, window blinds, painting, carpet tiles, electrical outlets, and data cabling, and a dedicated fresh-air ventilation connection tied into the hallway infrastructure.
