Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 30 days of the solicitation issuance will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. ITEM DESCRIPTION: Actuator for cruise missile Applicable to: Cruise Missiles Destination: FB2039 Estimated Qty: 30 EA The quantity can change prior to award, therefore, the following quantity ranges will be solicited: 20-29, 30-39 and 40-49 Due Date: Nov 2005 Qualification requirements: Government QRs do not apply. The procurement of this item is restricted to qualified sources listed on the Source Control Drawing owned by Raytheon. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 6 Jun 2005. The response date will be approximately 30 days after the issuance. The anticipated award date will be 1 August 2005. Written and electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
