18 -- Parking Lot

The Department of Homeland Security's Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) plans to award a sole source contract to Jack Depews RV Storage Lot in Florence, Arizona, for the rental of approximately 135 parking spaces for privately owned vehicles. This contract is being awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, allowing for other than full and open competition, based on market research that identified Jack Depews as the only provider meeting the government's specific requirements.
