This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under other than full and open competition to Jack Depews RV Storage Lot, 3110 N. Pinal Pkwy., Florence, AZ 85232 under FAR 6.302-1. The Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to contract with Jack Depews? Storage, for rental of approximately 135 parking spaces for Private Owned Vehicles at a firm fixed price. Market research has shown that Jack Depews to be the only available contractor that is capable of meeting the Governments requirements: 1) Total lot size of 38,946.20 square feet; 2) Lot shall be 0.25 miles within walking distance of the Florence Service Processing Center, 3250 N. Pinal Parkway Ave., Florence, AZ 85232. Period of Performance will be 10/01/2007 through 9/30/2008 with one option year. This is not a request for quotation/proposal and no quotation/proposal document will be issued. Interested contractors who believe that they can meet these requirements shall submit in writing their capability addressing the 2 Government requirements and pricing structure via email by September 24, 2007.
