Fermi Forward Discovery Group (FFDG) Strategic Commercial Purchasing located in Batavia, Illinois issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a commercial, single award contract to be shipped to Batavia, Illinois Warehouse 2. This is a /solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Fermi Forward Discovery Group (FFDG) intends to award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Such capabilities /qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A decision by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government.
