Full Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, NSWCCD intends to negotiate on a sole source Basis with the Treadwell Corporation, 341 Railroad Street, Thomaston, CT for the modification and upgrade of up to 5 and/or replacement of up to 9 component Auxiliary Cubicles and Microprocessor Controllers of Model 6L16E Electrolytic Oxygen Generators (EOG's) used on SSN-688 and SSBN-726 Class Submarines. Delivery to begin on or about July 2005 with additional deliveries one per month thereafter. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies.
