The 2021 Arizona Post-Wildfire Infrastructure Assistance Program, administered by the State of Arizona through the Department of Forestry and Fire Management, provides emergency funding for the repair of physical systems, operational structures, and facilities damaged by fires or fire suppression activities occurring on or after July 1, 2020. This program is specifically designed for infrastructure supporting urban, rural, agricultural, cultural, and natural resources and explicitly excludes damage caused by flooding. Funding is available from a 10 million dollar pool, with individual awards ranging from 5,000 to 500,000 dollars distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligible applicants include governmental organizations at the state, county, and local levels, 501(c) non-profit organizations, and Indian Tribes. While private landowners may receive financial assistance, they must apply through one of these eligible entities. Applicants are required to submit a proposal via the eCivis portal, including a detailed budget worksheet covering labor, travel, equipment, and contractual costs. Additionally, beneficiaries must provide a self-attestation certifying that they cannot independently finance the repairs and that all other available financial assistance, such as insurance, FEMA, or USDA grants, has been deducted from the request.

2026 RIDEM Disaster Relief Program
Solicitation # 56yg0vaut6h5
The 2026 RIDEM Disaster Relief Program is a reimbursement initiative managed by the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, Bureau of Natural Resources. It provides financial assistance to eligible Rhode Island farmers, foresters, and aquaculture producers who suffered qualifying weather-related losses during 2023 and 2024. Eligible losses include damage to farm infrastructure, timber, perennial crops, poultry production, market losses, and land restoration, provided these losses were not already covered by existing USDA Farm Service Agency programs. The program is funded through a Rhode Island 220 Block Grant Agreement between the USDA Farm Service Agency and RIDEM, with a total available funding pool of 15,644,632.43. Applications must be submitted electronically via the state's grant management website by December 31, 2026. Awards are not based on competitive scoring but on program eligibility, verified losses, and available funding. RIDEM will reimburse eligible producers for up to 80 percent of approved losses, though a uniform reduction factor may be applied if total claims exceed available funding. Applicants are required to use a specific Applicant Calculator workbook to estimate losses and must provide supporting documentation and site access for verification. Awardees must execute all required contracts within 30 calendar days of notification and are responsible for any tax obligations resulting from the funds, which may be reported via Form 1099-G.

Solicitation # CPU7343
Nottingham City Council is establishing a multi-Lot, multi-Supplier Open Framework for Homelessness Prevention Services under the Competitive Flexible Procedure and the light touch special regime of the Procurement Act 2023. The framework is divided into two lots: Lot 1 focuses on Accommodation Based Services, including emergency, temporary, supported, and specialist housing, while Lot 2 covers Community Based Services such as housing advice, outreach, and resettlement support. The estimated total value of the framework is 80 million GBP excluding VAT. The initial term is anticipated to run from January 8, 2027, to December 31, 2029, with a potential extension for a further five years, totaling a maximum of eight years. The procurement utilizes an Open Framework mechanism, allowing the council to appoint an unlimited number of members per lot and re-open the framework to new providers as needed. Call-off contracts will be awarded via direct award or competitive selection. Tenders are evaluated through a rigorous five-stage process, including an initial review, a procurement-specific questionnaire, and multiple quality assessment stages. To encourage SME participation, the council has implemented low liability caps and waived insurance requirements at the framework stage. Additionally, the contract includes provisions for potential transfer or novation due to Local Government Reorganisation in Nottinghamshire and mandates that all suppliers adhere to strict ethical sourcing standards to avoid increasing homelessness.
