All bid packages MUST be submitted via email to: UB-Compliance@buffalo.edu Email shall include Project # 2022-196 and Renovate Farber 2 Disciplinary Excellence and “Contractor name” in Subject line. NO BIDS SHOULD BE HAND DELIVERED OR DELIVERED THROUGH ANY DELIVERY SERVICE OR COMMON CARRIER. ONLY ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. The University assumes no responsibility for any Proposal that is not delivered into its aforesaid email address by 2:00 PM local time.
