Full Description

Consultant field staff will perform groundwater well level measurements in approximately 280 wells, which are located in five (5) groundwater basins within the County. In conjunction with the field measurements, the consultant shall provide office support staff that will be responsible for data entry into the County well database and well books including performing QA/QC on the measurement data, and performing database queries to verify well measurements, as well as updating comments, photos, and well information on the database and well books. Consultant will transmit scanned copies of all field notes and site photographs to the County. Consultant will also be responsible for communicating directly and coordinating with third party agencies and other parties to receive approximately 170 well level measurements and upload that information into the County database and well books. At the conclusion of each seasonal monitoring event, Consultant will be responsible for uploading groundwater level data from SGMA basins to the DWR portal. Field activities are planned for the months of April and October 2024, 2025, and 2026. Project completion for the first year of the Contract is anticipated to occur on or before November 15, 2026.
