2026 Commencement Staging, Flooring and Seating Reissue

This bid includes the rental of a stage, skirting, flooring, and chairs required for the commencement held at Richard Bland College on May 16, 2026 - set-up to occur at least 24 hours in advance - and shall cover the following services:
Stage Rental and Skirting: Provision of a professional-grade stage, including necessary accessories and configurations as per event specifications in this quick quote (tents should allow for shade at least for a portion of the stage, please refer to attached pictures for reference).
Flooring Rental: Delivery and installation of suitable flooring to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal for the event.
Chair Rental: High-quality chairs provided to accommodate attendees, ensuring comfort and style.
Delivery and Setup: All items shall be delivered and set up no later than the 2:00PM on May 15, 2026 (one day prior to the event) to ensure ample time for proper installation and adjustments.
Take Down: Efficient disassembly and removal of all rented items post-event, no later than May 17, 2026, by noon.
This bid ensures that all rental items will be provided with the highest level of professionalism, on-time delivery, and full support throughout the event, from setup to takedown.
