Bushkill Township Roof Replacement

Bushkill Township is soliciting sealed electronic proposals via PennBid for the complete removal and re-roofing of its Municipal Building located at 1114 Bushkill Center Road, Nazareth, Pennsylvania. The project requires the removal of approximately 10,900 square feet of existing shingles, ice and water shield, and felt paper, followed by the installation of a new roof system. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026, and will be opened and tallied at 2:15 p.m. the same day at the Municipal Building, with award decisions anticipated during the Township meeting at 6:00 p.m. All proposals must include a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid amount, payable to Bushkill Township, and contractors are required to comply with Pennsylvania’s Prevailing Wage Law.
