Sealed Proposals will be received by Bushkill Township, Northampton County, electronically via PennBid, until 2:00 P.M., prevailing time, Thursday, August 6 , 2026, for furnishing all Labor, Materials, and Equipment and performing all work necessary for the removal and shingling of the municipal building.
Work is to include the removal of approximately 10,900 Sq. Ft. of the existing shingles, ice and water shield, felt paper, and the re-roofing of the existing Municipal Building located at 1114 Bushkill Center Rd Nazareth, PA
Bids are to be opened and tallied by the Secretary on August 6, 2026, at 2:15 PM at the Municipal Building, with results posted on PennBid shortly thereafter. Bids may be considered for award at the Township meeting at 6:00 PM on same date and place.
Plans and Specifications may be obtained on PennBid at no cost (www.pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Contract Price, made payable to Bushkill Township. Contractors shall be required to conform to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Law.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding, and to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, to increase or decrease quantities of any item and to eliminate any item or items.
