The purpose of the Request for Qualifications is to invite Interested Parties to submit Responses to the City indicating their interest in and providing their qualifications for the Janitorial Services. The Scope of Work for this Project will include the supply all labour and materials, except for those cleaning materials stated in the Contract Documents to be provided by the Owner, for the cleaning of the City owned buildings. The janitorial services will be completed at 12 distinct municipal buildings with an estimated total floor area of approxmiately 176,000 square feet.
