 LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids for 2026 Police Department Uniforms and Equipment for the City of Olive Branch Police Department will be received at the Mayor’s Conference Room at City Hall, 9200 Pigeon Roost, Olive Branch, MS 38654, until 2:00PM, Monday, December 8, 2025, and thereafter will be opened and publicly read.  Bids shall remain valid for a period of 12 months from date of award with the right to extend an additional 12 months should all parties agree.  Specifications and Contract Documents may be examined at the office of Karen McNeil, Purchasing Manager, 9200 Pigeon Roost Road, Olive Branch, Mississippi (+1 (555) 000-0000). In addition, official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. Electronic bids are due at the same time and date as sealed bids.
